To be sure you are experiencing the new life the Spirit gives to those who believe in Jesus.
For many they are content and sense no need for change.
The biblical view of salvation is clear. Salvation comes to us from God through faith in Jesus Christ.
All need to be born again because we are all sinners.
BORN occurs 97 times in the New Testament, 28 in John's writings, 8 of them in John 3:3-8, means being born is an action done by us.
Again can mean "from above" "from Heaven".
To enter God's kingdom, a person must be given a new nature through a spiritual birth.
Nicodemus, a Pharisee and a ruler of the Jews, came to Jesus at night to find out more about Him.
Jesus spoke to Nicodemus about salvation instead of talking with him about the miracles.
BORN AGAIN... born from above.
The new birth qualifies a believer to begin experiencing life in God's kingdom now and full complete life in the future.
Verses 5-8 This view holds that Jesus was contrasting natural birth through a woman with Spiritual birth from the Spirit.
Jesus refers to wind as relates to the spirit verse 8. We cannot see the wind, but we can see its effects. Similarly, we cannot see the Spirit, but we can see the effect of His work.

NO CONDEMNATION now exists for those in Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit sets believers free when they believe on Christ. At that time, they pass from under God's judgement into eternal life.
Verse 3 refers to the law given through Moses, limited by the flesh, under sins domain.
Galatians 5:19-21, Paul listed some of the works of the flesh, compared to those whose lives are according to the spirit.
ROMANS 8:9-11
